Export a Data Source Group

Use the following procedure to export settings for an existing Data Source Group within a Phone, Application, LAN (Screen), Radio, or Trader Data source. Both Data Source Group and Data Source settings will be exported. You cannot export the settings of other types of data sources.

Procedure 

  1. In Enterprise Manager, go to Recording Management, under Capture Source, click Capture Endpoints.

  2. Select a Phone, Application, LAN (Screen), Radio, or Trader Data Source.

  3. Select Export.

    The standard Windows File Export dialog appears, prompting you to open or save the file.

  4. Select Open to review the information to be exported.

  5. Select Save to save the file to a location on your PC.

The Data Source Group information is exported along with the Data Source Settings, and appears at the bottom of the export worksheet.
